Overview: what it does
Monitoring food intake, ensuring you are eating enough of the right foods, and regulating your macronutrient levels each day, is one of the best ways to establish your nutritional needs and gain control of weight loss and muscle building efforts.
If you’ve ever tried monitoring your food intake by writing down everything you eat, or by following a meal plan written by a friend or downloaded from some website, you’ll know that all may go well until it’s time to change something. Maybe after several weeks of eating the same things you want to substitute a food or meal for something different. You may also wish to lower or increase your daily calorie intake based on training and rest days, or allow for low and higher carb days depending on your diet and training.
Whatever your diet and training needs may be, this Nutrition Planner will allow you to build and maintain your own customized daily meal plan.
How it works:
Based on 6 meals a day, you can follow the pre-set meals, (simply change your bodyweight and macronutrient requirements at the top of the page and adjust the food amounts per meal), or switch up and change the recipes to suite your taste. See a video overview by clicking the 'PRODUCT VIDEOS' below

The Perfect meal planner!
We can't expect anything less then perfection from Rob, just like all his videos...Thnx for everything!
This spreadsheet has saved me an IMMENSE amount of time. My only complaint; you can only edit certain cells. I would love to use this spreadsheet to fully customize my meal plan but Rob Riches has locked the overall layout. You can't even create new tabs.
Great concept - needs some work!
This sheet has very good purpose, but for the cost there could be some improvements (currently I should not have paid more than 10 dollars - IMO). As an engineer who uses Excel daily, I have noticed quite a few things the average consumer possibly would not, however I could be wrong. One thing is unit conversion is nonexistent. I am purchasing this product from the United States and of course we are accustomed to using the Imperial Unit System. It would be nice to see the macros based on ounces, cups, tablespoons, etc. Or unlock the other cells within the sheet and allow for manual unit conversion. Another thing is the limit of food selection. The food selection list is large, but if I plan to use a supplement that contains a significant amount of macros (e.g. Meal Replacement Shake) then it would be beneficial to have a "Custom" food option that allows you to enter your desired macros for one of the meals. Another is the combined cells in the range Q60:R72 (yellow highlighted and supplements) are not able to be edited while all the other yellow highlighted and supplement cells are able to be edited. In addition, these cells are not resizable, therefore if the text you type goes beyond the size of the cell there is no ability to read that cell unless you expand the formula bar or copy and paste into word. Overall this is a decent product that has fantastic potential and purpose, but until the engineering is revised and the bugs are fixed, I would recommend reducing the price.
