The price paid for any order includes 1 attempt at delivery. If an attempt is made to deliver goods and notification is left, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the goods; if goods are not collected and returned an additional charge will be applied to re-deliver.

SHIPPING

1. When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

2. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday from our facility located in the UK. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DHL for signed delivery.

3. Once shipped, your status will then be updated from 'Awaiting Shipment/Fulfillment' to 'Shipped', and we will send you a tracking number for you to track your order.

4. After your status has been updated to ‘Shipped’, orders will be shipped. See the table below for approximate shipping times to your location. If you have not received your order after this time frame, please contact us and let us know. We'll be happy to look into it for you.

5. FREE SHIPPING: When the total of all items exceed £150 (excluding Shipping & Taxes), your order will automatically change to free shipping.

We can delivery to practically anywhere in the world. We work with trusted and reputable shipping companies to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner and safe and secure. 

Please note that if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address, we will require verification before processing your order

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item(s) received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If no error from our side then, return shipping cost applies. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return-shipper. If you would like to exchange an item, it must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery (shipping cost applies). Credit to the value of the returned item will be provided via email to be used on a new purchase.
